How do I delete my account?

To close your account, please follow the instructions below:

• Navigate to your Profile > Settings > Account > and choose the option to 'Delete Account'.
• Follow the prompts to confirm you would like to delete your account.  Your account will be permanently deleted, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. For Hosts with active Memberships, your account will be deleted only after the final Membership has expired. During this period, you won’t be able to add new memberships.
• Note: Any active memberships will be forfeited and will not renew automatically.
• Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and you’ll need to set up a new account. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful deletion.
