RM11 supports innovation and creativity on the platform, including the use of AI-generated and AI-assisted content. However, to maintain a safe, compliant, and trustworthy environment for creators and fans, all AI-generated characters and media must follow the standards outlined in this policy.

This policy ensures that AI-generated content on RM11 clearly represents fictional adults, does not replicate real individuals, and does not depict or resemble minors.

All creators uploading AI-generated or AI-assisted content must comply with the following guidelines.

1. Disclosure Requirements

Creators must clearly disclose when content includes:

• Fully AI-generated models or characters
• AI-assisted imagery (AI-enhanced photos, AI face swaps, AI edits)
• Synthetic or virtual personas

Accounts using AI-generated characters should include a visible disclosure in either the Profile bio, caption, or Membership Details, such as:

“This account contains AI-generated imagery of a fictional adult character.”

"I am an AI model"

Failure to disclose AI-generated content may result in content removal or account action.

2. Adult Character Requirement

All AI-generated characters appearing on RM11 must be clearly depicted as adults aged 18 years or older.

AI-generated characters must not:

• Appear childlike or underage
• Be designed to resemble minors
• Be presented as teenagers or “barely legal”
• Include youth-coded themes or environments

Characters should demonstrate clear adult features, including:

• Mature facial structure
• Adult body proportions
• Adult styling and presentation
• Adult environments and context

Content that creates any reasonable doubt about a character’s age may be removed.

3. Prohibition on Minor Representation

RM11 strictly prohibits AI-generated content that depicts, implies, or resembles minors.

The following are strictly forbidden:

• AI-generated characters designed to resemble children or teenagers
• Childlike facial proportions or stylized youth features
• School-themed or youth-coded sexualized content
• Any attempt to simulate or imply a minor

Violations will result in immediate content removal and possible account suspension or termination.

4. Real Person & Likeness Protection

AI-generated models must not replicate or closely resemble real individuals, including:

• Celebrities
• Influencers
• Private individuals
• Minors
• Other creators

The following are prohibited:

• Deepfakes
• AI models trained to mimic a specific person
• AI faces designed to replicate identifiable individuals

Creators must ensure that their AI-generated characters are original, fictional, and not derived from a real person’s likeness.

5. Creator Attestation

Creators uploading AI-generated content must confirm that:

• The AI character represents a fictional adult (18+)
• The character does not resemble a real person
• The character does not depict or simulate a minor
• The content complies with all RM11 policies and applicable laws

RM11 may request additional verification or documentation at any time.

6. Moderation & Review

All AI-generated content on RM11 is subject to human moderation and automated review systems.

RM11 may:

• Review AI-generated profiles before approval
• Remove content that appears age-ambiguous
• Request clarification or revisions from creators
• Restrict or suspend accounts that violate this policy

RM11 reserves the right to remove any AI-generated content that creates safety, legal, or compliance concerns.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Content removal
• Account warnings
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Referral to relevant authorities if required

RM11 prioritizes creator safety, fan trust, and regulatory compliance in all moderation decisions.

8. Policy Updates

As AI technology evolves, RM11 may update this policy to reflect new safety standards, regulatory requirements, and platform protections.

Creators are responsible for staying informed about policy updates and ensuring continued compliance.

How do I start earning on RM11?
Creators earn money on RM11 by inviting fans to their private room using their unique room link. Once fans join your room, they can subscribe and interact with you through different paid features.

You can earn money when fans:

• Subscribe to your private room
• Watch your livestreams
• Book 1:1 video calls
• Purchase locked posts
• Pay for messages or private interactions

The more traffic you drive to your room, the more potential subscribers and earnings opportunities you have.

How do I bring fans to my RM11 room?
Share your unique room link across all of your social media platforms and include it in your bio.

What should I do when someone follows me?
When you get new followers, it’s important to message them right away and start engaging.

How should I set up my profile?

We recommend:

• Posting locked images or videos that fans must unlock

How can I promote my room more effectively?
Consistency is key. Regularly post content across your social media channels and remind your audience about your RM11 room.

Create Your Page
Head to your Profile > Settings > Account and start building your creator page. Add your bio, profile photo, and any links or content you'd like to share.

Add Offerings
Think about what you’d like to offer — this could be exclusive content, services, products, or experiences. Use the tools available to set up your pricing, availability, and descriptions (membership fee, video call pricing, paid messaging pricing, and more!)

To begin earning on RM11, please follow these steps:

1. Link a bank account that is solely in your name.
2. Ensure the bank account is located in the same country as the verified photo ID you provided. Alternatively, you can set up a verified e-wallet for payouts.
3. Confirm that your account is verified.
4. Go to your Profile > "Monetization" > "Membership Details" > Set your membership price and what is included in your membership.
5. Go to your Profile > "Monetization" > "Video Call" > Set your video call price
6. Go to your Profile > "Monetization" > "Paid Message" > Set your price for paid messages (please note, you can set custom prices for each fan as well)
7. Share your room link to attract your fans to your room
8. Post content, go live, do video calls, and chat to earn money!

You will receive 90% of your total earnings, the highest amount of all creator platforms!

Important: You might not be able to establish a membership price until your account verification is complete.

To build a successful page on RM11, focus on a few key best practices:

🔗 Share your RM11 link everywhere - Add it to your Linktree and all your social media bios so fans can easily access your page. Since RM11 is a private link-sharing platform, visibility starts with you.

📣 Promote consistently - Use Instagram Stories, posts, and any other channels where you already engage your audience. Creators who promote when they’re going live or dropping exclusive content tend to see the most traction.

🔒 Own your audience - Unlike other platforms, RM11 doesn’t have public discover pages—so your fans won’t get pulled in by other creators. That exclusivity helps you build deeper, more loyal connections.

By consistently showing up and driving fans to your private link, you create a premium experience—and a more successful presence—on RM11.

To get a payout, go to your Profile > Monetization > Earnings > Payout. 

Add how much you want to withdrawal and select your payout method then click Submit. You will receive 90% of your total earnings, the highest amount of all creator platforms!

Our system confirms a subscription payment as successful 15 days after it's made. This 15-day review period helps protect against issues like chargebacks or unauthorized card use.

The minimum payout amount is $20 and is typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours depending on your bank's processing time. Some payouts can take as long as a week if your bank detects any suspicious activity. 

RM11 will accept the following forms of payment for payouts depending on your country:

- Paypal

- ACH

- Payoneer

- USDT Tether

To add your Payout Method, go to your Profile > Settings > Earnings > Payout Method > Add

To share your private link, go to your Profile page and click the Arrow on the top left of the screen. Copy/paste your private link. Whomever clicks the link will be directed to your page on RM11 to follow or subscribe to your content.

Nudity is allowed in your posts and messages as long as it complies with our Guidelines. However, nudity is not permitted in your profile avatar or header.

To be approved as a Creator, you must submit two photos:

  • A close-up photo of your government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or ID card).
  • A selfie of you holding the same ID, ensuring that both your face and the ID are fully visible.
  • A bank account to receive earnings

The tip feature on RM11 allows guests to give hosts additional financial support beyond their subscription fees. Here’s how it typically works:

  • Giving Tips: Guests can send tips to hosts as a way to show appreciation for specific content or interactions. This can be done at any time.
  • Tip Amount: Guests can choose the amount they want to tip, providing flexibility in how much they contribute.
  • Notifications: Hosts receive notifications when they receive tips, which can help them engage with their audience and thank them for their support.
  • Earnings: Tips contribute to a host’s overall earnings, allowing them to monetize their content and interactions more effectively. You will receive 90% of your total earnings, the highest amount of all creator platforms!

This feature helps foster a stronger connection between hosts and their guests, encouraging more personalized interactions.

The minimum withdrawal amount varies based on your selected payout method. For most options, it is set at $20.

For US creators, the minimum payout is $20. Creators outside the US may check the minimum payout amount for their chosen payment method on their Banking page.

Payouts and Commissions: All hosts (i.e. creators) will receive a 90% payout on all earnings. This is the HIGHEST payout percentage in the industry! We believe our creators deserve the very best, and we charge a minimal fee to sustain our operations and continue supporting them.

On RM11, payouts refer to the money hosts earn from their guests after deducting the platform’s commission. Here’s how it typically works:

Earnings: Hosts earn money from memberships, tips, live stream tickets, pay-by-minute video calling, and pay-per-view content.

Commission: RM11 takes a 10% commission on all earnings, meaning hosts (i.e. creators) keep 90%. 

Payout Threshold: Hosts can request payouts once they reach a certain threshold ($5 minimum).

Withdrawal Frequency: Payouts can be requested daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on the host’s preference.

Payment Methods: Hosts can withdraw their earnings through various methods, such as bank transfers (ACH) or PayPal. 

Payment Time: Our system confirms a subscription payment as 'successful' 15 days after it's made. This 15-day review period helps protect against issues like chargebacks or unauthorized card use.

RM11 generally does not offer refunds for subscriptions or tips. Once a payment is made, it is typically non-refundable. However, in certain cases, such as billing errors or unauthorized transactions, you may be able to contact RM11 support for assistance. It's always a good idea to review the RM11 terms of service for specific policies regarding refunds.

Auto-renewal on RM11 is a feature that automatically renews your subscription at the end of each billing period, ensuring continuous access to a host’s content without needing to manually resubscribe.

Here’s how it works:

1. Automatic Payment: If you have auto-renewal enabled, your payment method will be charged automatically when your current subscription period ends.
2. Seamless Access: This means you won’t experience any interruptions in accessing the host's content, as your subscription will renew without any action needed on your part.
3. Manage Settings: You can manage your auto-renewal preferences in your account settings, allowing you to enable or disable it as needed.
4. Notifications: You typically receive notifications when your subscription is about to renew, so you’re aware of upcoming charges.

This feature is convenient for guests who want to maintain access to their favorite hosts without having to remember to resubscribe each month.

Hosts must personally share their private link with you for their profile to be accessed. Without this shared link, you won't be able to discover the host’s profile.

To subscribe to an account on RM11, follow these steps:

1. Click the Host's Private Link: If a host shared their private link with you, click the link to get access to their page.
2. Create an Account: If not already on the page by clicking the private link provided by a host, go to the RM11 website www.rm11.com and sign up for an account using your email address.
3. Visit the Host’s Page: Click on the host’s private link to view their content and subscription details.
4. Subscribe: Click the “Subscribe” button. You’ll see the subscription fee for that host which is charged monthly.
5. Payment Method: Enter your payment details to complete the subscription. You can use credit/debit cards or other payment methods supported by RM11.
6. Enjoy the Content: Once your payment is processed, you’ll have access to the host’s exclusive content.

You can manage your subscription settings in your account if you decide to renew, cancel, or adjust your subscription later.

Tokens are a form of digital currency available for purchase, each representing a specific monetary value for Hosts. Tokens can be used to buy virtual gifts or live stream tickets with the Host receiving 90% of the equivalent dollar amount for each gift sent.

Hosts must personally share their private link with you for their profile to be accessed. Without this shared link, you won't be able to discover the host’s profile.

All users require an email and password to sign up. You may use a discreet Full Name and Username for your account after you sign up.

We take privacy very seriously and will do everything we can to protect your real identity.

Age verification laws vary by state in the US. Some states require users to provide proof of age, such as an ID, before accessing certain content, especially adult-oriented material. These laws are designed to prevent minors from accessing inappropriate content and ensure compliance with state regulations. We recommend checking your state’s specific requirements to stay compliant with local laws.

RM11 is the platform which houses all the host's (i.e. creator's) content.

Hosts are the creators on the site who serve up content to be monetized.

Guests are the viewers on the site who may view and subscribe to Host's rooms and content.

Members are guests who joined a Host's room and are paying the Host's membership fee.

Membership Fee is the recurring monthly fee a Host charges to view their content.

Rooms are Host's pages which displays all their content.

Tokens are digital currency a Guest may purchase and gift to Hosts. Hosts may withdraw the tokens in form of actual currency. 1 token is equivalent to 1 USD.

Payout is when a Host withdraws some or all of the earnings they have earned through monthly membership fees, gifts, live stream tickets, video calls, and unlocked photos.

  • Content Creation: Hosts can upload various types of content, including photos, videos, and live streams. They can also share updates and interact with their guests (i.e.subscribers) via paid messaging and pay-by-minute video calling.
  • Memberships: Guests pay a monthly membership fee to access a host’s content. Hosts can also offer pay-per-view content, video calls, and live streams.
  • Interaction: Hosts can engage with their guests through direct messages, comments, and live streams, enhancing the community feel.
  • Payments: RM11 takes a very small percentage of the earnings (10%), and hosts receive the rest. Payouts need to be above $20 and are processed within 24 to 48 hours after a 15 day pending period.
  • Privacy and Control: Hosts have control over their content and can choose what to share and with whom, helping them maintain privacy and security.

This model allows creators to monetize their work directly and privately while connecting with their audience in a more personal way.
