If a User decides to close their account, any personal data associated with your use of RM11, including bank details, will be deleted after six months. However, FIL is required by law to retain financial information for seven years, as HMRC may investigate our financial records during this time. This includes keeping records of payments made to and received from you.
This statement fulfills the requirements of Article 13(2)(b&c) of the GDPR.

This includes information sources, the reasons for collection, and third parties with whom this information has been shared.
