What is a Payout?

On RM11, payouts refer to the money hosts earn from their guests after deducting the platform’s commission. Here’s how it typically works:

Earnings: Hosts earn money from memberships, tips, live stream tickets, pay-by-minute video calling, and pay-per-view content.

Commission: RM11 takes a 10% commission on all earnings, meaning hosts (i.e. creators) keep 90%. 

Payout Threshold: Hosts can request payouts once they reach a certain threshold ($5 minimum).

Withdrawal Frequency: Payouts can be requested daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on the host’s preference.

Payment Methods: Hosts can withdraw their earnings through various methods, such as bank transfers (ACH) or PayPal. 

Payment Time: Our system confirms a subscription payment as 'successful' 15 days after it's made. This 15-day review period helps protect against issues like chargebacks or unauthorized card use.
