RM11 now supports native one-on-one video calls between creators and their fans — no links, no third-party apps, and no middlemen. It's a safe, seamless way to connect directly within the platform.

Who can use video calls?
Creators can enable video calls from their Settings > Video Call page. Once enabled, fans can request and schedule calls directly from the creator’s chat page (if the creator has set availability).

How do fans book a call?
Fans can request a video call by requesting a call on the chat page with the Creator. The Creator will be notified in the chat that you requested a call and can call you through the site.

Can creators charge for video calls?
Yes, creators set their own pricing and minimum call length. You’ll see the rate and duration when enabling the feature in Settings > Video Call page.

Are calls private and secure?
Absolutely. All video calls take place within RM11’s secure system — no need to share personal info or external links.

Can I disable video calls at any time?
Yes, creators have full control and can enable or disable video calls at any time in their settings.
