I cannot find my subscription

If you're unable to find your subscription on RM11, here are a few steps to help you troubleshoot:

  1. Check Your Account: Make sure you're logged into the correct RM11 account. If you have multiple accounts, you might be looking in the wrong one.
  2. Active Subscriptions: Go to your "Subscriptions" tab in your profile "Settings" to see if the subscription is listed there. It might not be visible on your homepage.
  3. Payment Confirmation: Ensure that your payment went through. You can check your payment history in the settings to confirm your subscription is active.
  4. Host's Content: Sometimes, hosts may remove or change their account settings. If their account is inactive or if they’ve deleted their content, you may not see them in your subscriptions.
  5. Refresh the Website:If you’re using the website, try logging out and back in.
  6. Contact Support: If you still can’t find your subscription, reach out to RM11 support for assistance by emailing victoria@rm11.com.
